Our Functional Interval Training program currently holds group classes at 5:05 and 6:15pm Monday through Friday at North Park’s Morley Field. The FIT Group training platform combines innovative field based agility work and olympic strength training variations with a heavy core emphasis to provide an extremely efficient fitness program that’s head and shoulders above any boot camp in San Diego.
